Upcoming Lap Swim During City of Coronado Aquatics Complex Closure & Annual Maintenance

The BBMAC will be open for lap swim Saturday, May 12 through Saturday, May 19, 2012 while the City Pool is closed for their annual maintenance and cleaning. Please note, lap swim will be held in the 50 meter pool only.

Fees: $4.00 for Adults $3.00 for Seniors and CUSD Employees

***Please note we do NOT accept any City pool passes or memberships. We will honor punch cards that are still on file at the BBMAC.

Saturday, May 12: 12:00-3:00 pm Long Course

Sunday, May 13: 12:00-3:00 pm Long Course

Monday, May 14: 9:00-12:00 pm Long Course

Tuesday, May 15: 9:00-1:00 pm Long Course

Wednesday, May 16: 9:00-1:00 pm Long Course

Thursday, May 17: 9:00-12:00 pm Short Course

Friday, May 18: 9:00-12:00 pm Long Course

Saturday, May 19: 2:30-6:00 pm Long Course

SGT. H2O’s Aquatic Boot Camp

The first session is May 22nd-June 16th, 2012 classes run on Tues/Thurs from 7:00-8:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00-10:00am.

This is an ALL new program being offered for the first time in San Diego County here at the BBMAC. Train like a U.S. Army Deep Sea Diver! Classes include pool sprints, treading water drills, calisthenics in and out of the pool. This is NO water aerobics class with music, this is an Aquatic Boot Camp!

If you are looking for an excellent cardio vascular sport for your child, give swim team a try! Our local swim club is CNSA. They hold tryouts every 1st Tuesday of the month at 4:15pm.

Summer Private Lessons

Lessons are held Monday through Friday afternoons in the Instructional Pool. All lessons are 30 minutes long.

Te CHS Swimming Season began on Tuesday, February 22. There will be five home swim meets, the dates and team are as follows:

Thursday, March 17: CHS. vs. St. Augustine, Our Lady of Peace and Cathedral Catholic at 3:00pm

Thursday, March 24: CHS vs. Scripps Ranch at 3:00pm

Thursday, April 7: CHS vs. Brawley at 3:00pm
